Training Developing your staff

TalentInTraining works strategically with organisations to support the transformation of staff. 60% of employees would opt to stay with an employer that invests in their professional development, rather than go to an employer that pays more but does not invest in professional development. How we work

01. Expose
In order to strategically implement any change, you must know your starting point. This first step is to ascertain the current technology climate and environment. In order to do this, conversations and surveys are conducted to expose areas of strengths, weakness, roadblocks and opportunities that can be incorporated in to the change process for transformation.
02. Engage
Working with key stakeholders, a workshop will be facilitated to engage all parties in the co-construction of a digital transformation strategic direction. This direction will be the roadmap and source of guidance for the project in order to ensure that all needs are met and align with the organisation's policies, procedures and mission.
03. Evangelise
Using resources specifically created for your organisation, a suite of professional development will be created, delivered and promoted. Transactional professional development focuses on how to use the tools. Once staff are able to engage confidently with the tools, a second wave of professional development will see the skills and understandings of the tools applied to core business processes.
04. Evaluate
In order to ensure this process has been impactful, quantitative and qualitative measures will be taken and shared back to the Executive team or board. Multiple measures will be provided for each stakeholder in order to encourage them to take action with their development and have accountability for their own transformation’s success.
